Meet Lisa Goss

Teaching at BPCP since: 2017

Why I'm at BPCP: I get to make art, sing songs, tell stories, laugh with little people, share parenting challenges and joys with other moms, and play. Best job ever!

Career at BPCP: I found BPCP as a parent searching for a preschool for my son, and I fell in love with the awesome facility and friendly community. It's such a happy place! My son and I took the toddler class, and then my son started in the preschool in 2016. I volunteered as a room mom, but my heart really wanted to be more actively involved in the classroom. Fortune made it possible for me to do just that the following year in the toddler class.

Education: I earned my BA in Theatre from Hamilton College and studied acting at the British American Drama Academy and American Conservatory Theater. I have an MA in Educational Theatre from New York University where I observed, taught for and worked closely with several youth theater organizations including Graffiti Theater Company in Cork, Ireland, Creative Arts Team in Manhattan, the Young Women’s Leadership School in Harlem and The New York City Student Shakespeare Festival. I then worked for Dallas Children’s theater for 10 years wearing many hats including executive assistant, PR director, teacher and actor. I am currently studying Early Childhood Education at UCLA Extension.
